Service Contracts

A CDi Worldwide service contract is designed to offer peace of mind and an ongoing first class production performance.

Contracts are individually tailored to suit customers' needs to ensure you get the most out of your equipment, whether this was supplied by CDi Worldwide from new or not.

Service contracts detail and agreed number of site visits throughout the year with the schedule drawn up to the best meet your operational needs.

At the start of every new service contract we will make a visit to audit the equipment to be covered and to identify any urgent work that needs to be carried out during the first visit.

CDi Worldwide will keep a detailed log of all services carried out, with a copy sent to you for your records. All parts used during the service period will be subject to a 10% discount from the current list price.

Service agreement charges will be invoiced monthly, with rates dependent on the extent of the contract and frequency of visits. Invoices for parts will be issued separately, due for payment within 30 days.
